FieldTime ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by DevMarko LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use the FieldTime field timecard application.

Information We Collect

• Account information: Name, email address, and role within your organization
• Timecard data: Hours logged, job numbers, lot numbers, cost codes, and entry dates
• Employee records: Employee names, IDs, and division assignments managed by your company
• Usage data: Page visits and feature usage for improving the application

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the FieldTime timecard management system
• To enable foremen to log and submit crew hours
• To allow management to review, approve, and report on timecards
• To send timecard reminders and deadline notifications
• To improve application performance and fix issues

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a SOC 2 compliant database platform. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest. Access is controlled by role-based permissions — foremen can only see their own crew's data, while management roles have company-wide access.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only in the following circumstances:

• With your employer (the company account that manages your FieldTime access)
• With service providers who help operate our infrastructure (Supabase, Vercel)
• When required by law or legal process

Data Retention

Timecard data is retained for as long as your company account is active. When an account is closed, data is deleted within 90 days unless required to be retained by law.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact your company administrator or reach us directly at the address below.

Children's Privacy

FieldTime is designed for use by adults in professional work environments. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-app notice.
